Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive a custom letter?

Custom letters are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the order date. Letters are mailed out on the 15th and end of the month. Due to possible shipping delays at the USPS, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Can I request a specific design for the letters and cards?

No. However, we will be coming out with more designs and styles soon. You can request a letter theme (grief and loss, motivational, christian faith based, universal, etc.) Just let us know in the comment section if you have any questions. We are happy to help.

Do you offer bulk discounts for stationery orders?

No. We do not offer bulk stationery orders. We offer stationery as part of a gift box special. We do offer discounts on multiple subscriptions or gift boxes.
